·         Continued use of daily code sheets to be signed by parents

·    ****Change: students do not lose conduct points for missing homework or missing forms. (these   
missing items will be noted on code sheet, no points subtracted)

·         I.  5 A’s in one week, student may participate in “Fun Friday” lunch (time with teacher to eat and
          have a special activity ie: outside, movie, games, and get one homework pass)

·          II.  Conduct form not turned in 2 times in one week, replacement form, a call home, and
           student/teacher conference.

·         III. One F in conduct in a week: consequences:         Isolation (silent lunch)

·                 Two F's in conduct in a week:                             Silent lunch

                                                                                           Parent notification/Alert

                                                                                            1 day detention 7:30 am-8:15 am

If student does not come to detention they will receive a #26 and lose 6 conduct points for the day, a parent call, and another detention assigned.  If student has persistent misbehavior an office referral could be made.

            Detention will be held Wed-Friday 7:30 am-8:15 am

·                 Three F’s in conduct in a week:                       Silent lunch

                                                                                       Parent conference requested (contact made)

                                                                                       Behavioral contract (parent/student/teacher)

                                  If there is persistent misbehavior possible office referral

·                  Four F’s in conduct in a week:                          In School Suspension

                                                                                         Office Referral

A student with three weeks of three or more F’s in one nine week period will have a parent/teacher/office conference scheduled.
